I have been delighted with every purchase from Jade, always arriving with good vibes, a handwritten thank-you note and a little freebie. The quality of the gems is outstanding, and the prices are really reasonable. Have bought plenty of treasures for myself, and some have made magical gifts. So pleased to have found Jade and be part of her crystal community!

Customer service is also incredible, Jade is always so helpful and has helped me send parcels to friends, and everything has a lovely personal touch.
